Download zero_initialize.patch to $ROS_ROOT/../geometry/bullet/
Apply patch and compile.
cd $ROS_ROOT/../geometry/bullet patch build/bullet_svn/src/BulletSoftBody/btSoftBodyInternals.h -i zero_initialize.patch rosmake bullet
